Expertise
Alyona Teplyshova has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024. Throughout her career, Alyona was involved in multiple projects in the domains of digitalisation and innovation. Currently, her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards digitalisation, technological innovation, AI policies, and their role in supporting economic and social development.
As a Junior Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Alyona aids the Research Manager and other senior colleagues with data collection (literature reviews, interviews, surveys, workshops, focus groups) and contributes to research projects by delivering both quantitative and qualitative analysis, specialising on the quantitative methods. Alyona also supports her team in the preparation of tenders and research proposals. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG CNECT), European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) as well as EU-level social partners (UNI Europa).
