Expertise
Aurinta Elenskė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2019. Throughout her career, Aurinta was involved in the educational, social, labour market and R&D&I domains. Currently, her thematic focus is in the fields of skills, the transition from the education system to the labour market and R&D&I.
As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Aurinta coordinates and conducts research or evaluation assignments, using both, qualitative and quantitative research methods. This includes undertaking desk research, interviews, case studies, extensive data collection and analysis using STATA or R, and performing impact evaluations. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG RTD, DG CONNECT), the EEA and Norway Grants, the European Space Agency (ESA), and multiple others.
