Expertise
Beatričė Leiputė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since August 2022. Throughout her professional experience, Beatričė was involved in multiple projects in the domains of education and labour market. Her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards skills anticipation, skills demand and supply, graduate tracking, and human capital policies.
Before joining Visionary Analytics, Beatričė conducted and led assignments, overseeing all stages of research from preparing the methodological approach, to undertaking data collection, its analysis, and developing the final outputs. She mainly conducted analyses using forecasting techniques and various quantitative methods to analyse administrative data from the state registers and set up monitoring systems. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, Ministry of the Economy and Innovation, Ministry of Social Security and Labour, and other public sector entities.
