Expertise

Goda Skiotytė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024. Throughout her career, Goda has been involved in multiple projects on a diverse range of topics related to sustainability, security, and regional development policies, working with multiple Lithuanian ministries, municipalities and other public institutions. Currently, her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards digitalisation policies and their role in supporting economic and social development.

As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Goda conducts research or evaluation assignments, participating in all stages of research, from preparing the conceptual and methodological research tools to undertaking extensive data collection to developing the final outputs, such as analytical reports and policy recommendations. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG CNCT).
