Expertise
Grėtė Veronika Gedutytė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024. Throughout her career, Grėtė was involved in multiple projects in the domains of simplified cost options, regional development, higher education, research and innovation, and administrative capacity building. Currently, her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards labour market, social affairs, and AI. Grėtė is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, analytical writing, project management, and project coordination.
As a Research Manager at Visionary Analytics, Grėtė coordinates and conducts research or evaluation assignments, overseeing all stages of research from preparing the conceptual and methodological research tools, to undertaking extensive data collection, to applying complex research methods, to developing the final outputs, such as analytical reports and policy recommendations. Her portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG REGIO, DG EAC, DG RTD, and others), the World Bank, and various Lithuanian Ministries.
