Expertise

Ignas Bernotas has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2022. Ignas has been involved in the domains of educational, digital, R&D&I, and regional development policy projects. Currently, his thematic focus is mostly oriented towards R&D&I and digital policies, with an emphasis on tracking progress through the development and implementation of monitoring frameworks.

As a Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Ignas conducts research or evaluation assignments, using both, qualitative and quantitative research methods. This includes undertaking desk research, interviews, surveys, case studies, extensive data collection and analysis using Python or R. His portfolio includes working with clients such as the European Commission (DG RTD), the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), the EEA and Norway Grants, and others.
