Expertise

Jonas Antanavičius has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2013. Thematically, his work focuses on analysis and evaluation of research and innovation systems and policies as well as digitalisation policies.

As a Research Manager, Jonas coordinates and implements research and evaluation assignments. His work covers development of project methodologies, collecting, processing, and analysing qualitative and quantitative data as well as developing and presenting the final research outputs. Jonas has a significant experience in using the following qualitative and quantitative methods: counterfactual impact evaluation, theory-based evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, survey, interview, meta-analysis, statistical analysis (using R, gretl). His project portfolio includes working with the European Commission (DG CONNECT, RTD, MOVE), Lithuanian ministries, European and Lithuanian agencies.

• Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration, 2016. Vilnius University, Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius (Lithuania).
