Mariam Chachava has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2025. Through her career, Mariam was involved in multiple projects in the domains of educational, labour market, energy, environmental and sustainable development policies. Currently, her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards the open platform economy, labour markets and social affairs.
As a Senior Researcher at Visionary Analytics, Mariam oversees end-to-end research initiatives – designing robust conceptual frameworks, selecting and applying innovative methodologies, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. She develops comprehensive analytical reports and crafts policy recommendations for various stakeholders. Her portfolio includes working with diverse clients, such as the European Commission, the United Nations, the World Bank, and others.
