Marta Subataitė has been at Visionary Analytics since 2019, overseeing human resources and contributing to the company’s cultural development.

As the People & Culture Manager at Visionary Analytics, Marta is responsible for driving the HR strategy through talent acquisition & recruitment, employee relations, organisational development, and HR administration. One of her key roles is in fostering a strong company culture, supporting internal systems, and ensuring the well-being and growth of the team. Marta’s focus is on aligning HR initiatives with the broader business goals, providing comprehensive support across all aspects of human resources, culture, and people management.
