Marta Subataitė has been in charge of human resources and office supervision at Visionary Analytics since 2020.

As an Office and HR Manager at Visionary Analytics, Marta is responsible for personnel coordination and implementation of VA HR strategy through talent acquisition, HR administration, and training. She is also in charge of VA team event management and organisation, along with nurturing the company’s culture and mentorship system. Marta also provides the team with general office management and day-to-day support on a range of business projects and initiatives.
