Expertise

Martyna Banytė has been conducting policy research at Visionary Analytics since 2024. Throughout her career, Martyna was involved in projects in the domains of education and human capital. Currently, her thematic focus is mostly oriented towards educational, digitalisation, and skills development policies, and their role in supporting economic and social development.

As a Research Assistant at Visionary Analytics, Martyna supports the team in selected research projects by conducting data collection and analysis, ensuring stakeholder communication, and crafting final outputs, such as case studies, reports, and policy recommendations. Her portfolio includes working with the Lithuanian Ministry of Education, Science and Sport.
