Training & education package
Besides the learning on the job, we provide our staff with both internal and external training opportunities through our Visionary Academies that happen in a hybrid setting at least twice a year.
In addition, we offer onboarding trainings and online training materials in our e-Academy platform that are always there for new comers and remote employees to learn more about the Visionary way.
